Take your first step through the stretch of the month, the Latissimus Dorsi Stretch. Follow the steps provided below for better results.
- Stand properly, an estimated distance of three (3) feet from a wall. Make sure that you are in the proper pose.
- Put both of your hands on the wall. Placing one on top of the other, and reaching as high up the wall as you can.
- Step one (1) foot backwards.
- Keep your chest up and chin tucked in while bending your hips.
- Breathe, take a deep breath in and exhale slowly. Let your back sag towards the floor while maintaining both hands above you and on the wall.
- Stay still and hold this position for thirty (30) seconds.
