With so many different types of “diets” being advocated these days (paleo, raw, vegan, low carb etc.), it is very difficult to know what diet is best.
It is important to remember that we all have individual physiology and metabolic characteristics and therefore, the foods that are best will differ between each person.
Have you noticed that when you eat certain foods you have a negative reaction but when others eat the same food, they do not appear to have the same negative reaction?
Here are 3 simple guidelines when it comes to diet to simplify how we eat:
1) More plant foods, less animal foods
2) More whole foods, less processed foods
3) Listen to YOUR body, not commercial advertising/propaganda
