Here we are – it’s December already! How did that happen??
December is always a very busy month: Christmas preparations, end of year celebrations, school functions, work functions, family catch ups – the list is endless.
During this busy month try to remember the following;
- Take 5 minutes to relax every day, whether it’s meditating, listening to music, stretching, and breathing exercises – whatever works for you.
- Keep up your regular exercise/movement program.
- Don’t try to fit in too much. There are only 24hours in a day.
- Be gentle on yourself, especially if you don’t achieve everything on that long list of yours.
Despite your busy December schedule, don’t forget to enjoy yourself! That’s what it’s all about.
