Spine Stretch
1. Kneel on all fours, with your knees under hips and hands under shoulders. Don’t over-arch your lower back. Keep your neck long, your shoulders back and don’t lock your elbows.
2. Slowly relax your back into a gentle arch, looking upwards. Hold the stretch for one deep breath, then slowly transfer to a curved back position looking at the floor. Return to the starting pose.
3. Repeat 8 to 10 times.
